Berkshire Hogs are a heritage breed that dates back to the 1600's.  They are known for the redder marbled meat, that is extremely juicy and rich with flavor.  The meat is known world wide and has names in various parts of the world, including Japan and England.  Berkshire is also a top pick amongst chefs!

 

We will have limited numbers of pure bred piglets for sale, for those who prefer to raise their own animals for meat, and will occassionally sell piglets as breeders on a selective basis.
