Pastured / free range pork is very different from Confined Animal Feeding Operations.  Unlike store bought pork you will find pastured pork is almost a red meat, fairly lean and generally with beautiful marbling throughout, like you would normally find on nice beef.  This results in a healthier meat on your table.  Pastured pork is generally higher in Omega-3, lower in calories and "bad" fat, along with many other benefits.  Add to that better flavor and texture and you have a top quality meat. 

 

Roasters (bbq / spit pigs)

Oven Roaster (10-60 lbs) ..............  $ 5.00

 

Small Roaster (61-120 lbs) .............. $ 4.50

 

Large Roaster (121+ lbs ..................$ 4.25

 

Minimum Charges apply to roasters.

 

 

Halves / Wholes

All prices are per pound unless otherwise noted, All Products are subject to availibility, Prices subject to change without notice

Whole Hog (cut / wrap & cure) ............ $ 5.25

 

Half Hog (cut / wrap & cure) ................ $ 5.50

 

Includes slaughter, cut, wrap and curing of ham, bacon and hocks.  If you want to do your own processing, please let us know and we will adjust the pricing.

 

Extras:

Sausage is $3.00 - $4.00/lb extra depending on type of sausage, min quantities apply. 

Sliced Bacon is available at $10 / side

Additional Curing / Smoking: $1.25 - $2.00/lb

 

Deposits are required and will only be refunded if we are unable to complete the order.  We do however, work with customers, so if you need to delay your order, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
