Pork Breakfast Sausage                                  

Love sausage, here is a great recipe for one without all the additives, from our homestead to your kitchen!

Ingredients:

1 LB Ground Pork

1 TSP Dried Sage

½ TSP Salt (Himiliayan Pink Salt Preferred)

1 TSP Ground Black Pepper

2 TBSP Maple Syrup

1/8 TSP Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

1/8 TSP Ground Cloves

1 TSP Garlic (Minced) or more depending on your preference

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.  Let sit in the fridge for several hours or overnight.  Form into patties, fry and enjoy!

Feel free to adjust amounts to suit your individual tastes.
