Growing fresh produce in a northern climate can be challenging, however we believe having the fresh produce as much as possible is worth the effort.  We grow everything with natural fertilizers (compost from our farm), companion planting and good old fashioned hands on weeding.  Because we have limited actual "dirt" we are using a form of raised beds, incorporating in hugelkultur concepts, using what nature has provided us to grow edible crops.  Check back regularly for current produce available.
